If they think he did they should have bring him to a fair trial and allow visits from lawyers and the Red Cross. The terrorist dug a tunnel and shot an anti tank weapon which released a dangerous gas to the tank. He was then taken out of the tank, forced to hand in his weapon and to walk along to Gaza. Capturing happens when at war in battle. This happened lately after Israel pulled all settlements and military presence out of Gaza.
