It was a 1989 model, we bought it used from a used car dealer, it was an ex-King County (WA) Sheriff's car, so it had the police package, but they removed all the cool cop stuff out of it before retiring it, so when we had it the car was just a plain white sedan. It did have the 5.9L 360 V8 (same as the top of the line Grand Cherokee 5.9 a few years later) and came with an 8 barrel carb. I was younger than driving age while we had it so I never got to drive it. He sold it to a neighbor years ago
