the square by scale and duration?

Just go to the "Call outs" section in the edit bar, add new call out, then in the Type: Choose either rounded rectangle or square call out (the one in the vid) then resize it to whichever part you want it. Then under that you can add a shadow, give it a fade in/out and change the opacity. When done click finished. Hope I helped
