Minecraft Tutorial: How to fix force update and upload mods on Mac

thank you so much i had to watch like 7 videos and none of them worked thank you now mine craft is finally working aging a had a update freeze and i should of thought of that just go yo options and click force update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

When I deleted everything and backed up my saves it won't put everything back in the minecraft folder when I click force update and it won't update either

Super helpful thank god I was trying to instal the infinate items mod and I think I migh have did something wrong! It took me to a back screen and this helped big time! Subed and like and faved!

i tried this hoping i can fix a mod, but the mod still dosent work. its toomany items, minecraft still runs as normal...can you help?

@infernomoo look for a tutorial, if u just download it and place it in ur minecraft it wont work, u need to place different files in different places

@infernomoo make sure you get the RIGHT version, if u got 1.7.3 and u get 1.8 it wont work

when i click on minecraft it goes automaticly to the minecaft launcher instead of the minecraft news with the options in the corner

@AlycatxxxShmaday ok this worked for the beginning but now when it generates the world it goes black again. i have no mods but there might be something left over? either way i'd love some help D: thanks for any feed back in advance :)
