Discrimination is everywhere in the world, but I never saw a public discrimination, like for the pool rules in Lebanon, this is realy shocking! and the owner should pay a fee for what he did or they should close him down. I mean you stick a paper that "these" kind of people are not allowed to swim? This is shocking over the top.
