Why not use precast say 4' x 4' concrete sections for the roof ? Is it a matter of speed of construction or perhaps material savings?

In a later iteration of the process, our client did use a precast flooring system.

@iver7044 - we used AutoCAD to build the 3D models, we use Navisworks to share the models with our customers and we use Maya animation software to create the high quality construction sequences.
All of our videos are made professionally for clients in the construction industry. We use Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Maya
