I found ultimate Gdi defence sistem ok this is that build rig and place him anywhere and build 4 or 2 depend how strong must be and place them beside of rig then build 3 snipers and 2 jugernauts for artilery defence and wait to mamots get lvl 3 and then nothing gona be so strong to defete that only nuke can !

@speiser23 this is unpatched out of the box on hard mode. Whether they have changed it via patches I don't have a clue. They do that sometimes.

Yes.  It's part of the hard-wired plot, I believe.

@cncguides ye it was kane's plan to let GDI use the ion cannon so the visitors or invaders' scout ships would be warned and sent to earth.

Temple Prime is invincible to anything but the Ion Cannon in this mission.

why are there no attacks from the east? even on easy, they attacked me with stealth-tanks from that side...

Yeah, me too. Video breezes through on hard mode, but I keep getting stealth tanks up the ass and I can't get in a position to go on the offensive because of them. I even went down to easy and it still happens.

I thought I'd have some skill at this since I've been playing the Red Alert series for year, but apparently this is a whole different ball game.

I am not sure if the facilities will rebuild themselves or not. It can be different in different missions. Just for "viewability," I did attack right away. I am thinking if you can level up your Mammoths by parking in front of the exits, that might be a good idea.

Well... as i found out, if you get the possibility to do so in a mission, just turtle it...

I never once lost a mission because i have that "over paranoid" way of playing :P That's also why i don't like the limited time missions...

i can't get past this lvl, for some reason they attack me with a ton of vehicles, and im on easy! couldn't u use the zone troppers to jump past the nod towers?

Check out the basic defense shown in the video. It works pretty darn good. You can basically leave it on autopilot, from what I remember.

I haven't played this mission lately, but just guessing... you have to build the Ion Cannon before you can use it. Does that make sense?

when I had played this mission on hard,I couldn´t find and kill the avatar.How are u able to kill him?

Yeah...that is a real issue. I thought it was a glitch in the program initially. What is probably happening is he is getting killed by your forces on a part of your screen that you are not monitoring. That's why in this video I attacked right away before the Avatar got "lost" elsewhere. And, yes, this is on hard, so it is possible.

Yeah...that can be a bear finding that dang Avatar. I thought it was a glitch and didn't appear in the hard mission. What happens is I think he gets killed in another part of the screen with other of your forces without realizing it. The direct attack shown in the video is a good way to track that puppy down right away and get that darn bonus objective over with.

oo, i did this on normal and since im a turtle player :P i realised that Nod attacks you on from the right with avatars after a while :D the thing is i forgot about commandos and i dont really want to do the long long mission again :( lol
