Sometimes, some people start to shake and so on when they try to hold their adrenaline inside too long, or when it starts to leave the body. For an example some people start to shake after their fights just because they got so much adrenaline and it starts to leave their body, it's a common thing. It dosn't happend to everybody, but sometimes it will.
