  • veggies and fruits all are 0 points.so that means Dole iceberg salad bag is 0 points.Idk about avacado though.

    avacados are high in points, they are so fatty, but good fats. If you eat more than one of the same fruit your points can go up for them.

    You're welcome. This is what I buy everytime I go grocery shopping, but I just switched to fat free mayo, and cream cheese. So eat what you normally buy, but then convert them into your points.

    I am really loving them. I haven't had them in awhile. I haven't tried the yougurt yet, I hope I don't hate it. And yes Avocado is a good fat, just really fattening. It's delicious though.

  • When it comes to deli/lunch meat you can have the person slicing it to weigh out i think its 3 oz were allowed per serving ( see how many slices it is as they are slicing it) and when you get home you can divide it with wax/parchment paper. So you have each serving already portioned out.

  • I'm not a fan of any type of spinach. But I'm a huge fan of cottage cheese and the sandwich thins! I'm not a huge veggie fan...about all I eat is green beans, carrots, and cauliflower, but I'm a huge fruit fan...I could eat it all day!! I eat the light pears and light pineapple everyday, along with yogurt. I will eat a salad...but I must have dressing...ranch or italian. I'm so picky...it makes it hard!

    Love cottage cheese! It's funny I use to hate it, and now I love it! I love veggies and fruit! It's funny how we're all so different!. Yes salad has to have some type of dressing on it. I haven't made a dressing yet, i'm a little nervous. Thanks for watching!

  • @LinzisWeightLoss I'm actually lactose intolerance, so I have to take a pill that allows me to have dairy. I just picked up a pineapple today...I've been eating on it since I got home! lol I don't think my eating habbits are bad...I just need a bit more cardio. Need to take my dog out and run...he'll drag me around town if I let him.

    I'm not dieting, I never have and never will. This is normal food that I eat everyday. And there is nothing wrong with eating salads. But thank you for your tip.

  • I just discovered Baby Spinach, its so good. I love to put it in soups it soaks up the brotha nd is very yummy. Its amazing what you find out when you read labels and see how many calories are in things. its a real eye opener. Drinking water does wonders for your skin too! flushing out all those toxins in your body. I'm down 13 pounds but I'm finding myself tired because I'm burning more calories than I'm taking in, I don't have much of an appetitie. Its crazy how its a complete 180

    I am a huge huge water fan! I've always drank it, I haven't had a coke since sunday though, and i'm doing great! I read somewhere that you should drink have your weight in oz of water. And I do that plus more! I makes me crazy when I hear people that hate drinking water, I just don't get it.

  • Avocados for 1/4 of it is 2points.. and lunch meat is usually 2points too the stuff I buy is at Walmart and for 3 slices its 2points :) Hope that helps a little :)

    With the new points plus 1/4 is 3 points now, and the lunch meat I showed is 2points for the 9 slices.. so that isn't bad at all.

  • @LinzisWeightLoss Ya Multi-Grain Pringles in Cheddar there 3points for 15, or Dill Pickle ones too there the same in points and portion size as the others... and I love Sugar Snap Peas there my yummy go to veggie snack even tho there 1point for a cup. :)

    lol. me too!! I love to get ideas on what to buy, and what looks good.. I don't buy tv dinners, lol those are full of crap, and I don't want that in my body. I make everything so I know what is going in it. Thank you!

  • Greek yogurt is awesome :) If you want to try a very good greek yogurt, then you should check out Chobani. Very awesome and its high in protein :)

    I haven't tried it yet, This one is 2x the protein, and high in points, so I want to find one that isn't as high in points. But i'll check out the one you mentioned.
