Even though you don't intend to teach Mandarin, I think it would be great if you posted some videos talking about things (china. yourself or any other things that might be of your personal interest, in a very simple way and speaking very, very slowly but sounding natural. I'm learning Mandarin and I'm kind of frustrated at how fast mandarin speakers speak :( you have a lovely voice!
