Recurrent Shoulder Dislocation

Both my shoulders dislocate frequently, I had surgery on the right one. But it still does it every now and then.

i have recurrent dislocation of my left shoulder i hurt it about 5 years ago i went to a doctor and he says i need 3 pins my shoulder pops out a bit from the back when i lift my arm up and feels weak overall i get pains in the back of my neck the left part my left front delt and my left pec is this a serious operation can i recover
