I got a solution cut off the beam from the hand molded beam saber and take an extra clear beam u have And cut off the peg used to attach to the hole in the hilt of the saber then just glue them together

man, seed high grades and no grades seem to have a problem with proportions. not just freedom or strike freedom, but just seed and seed destiny kits in general. i hope unicorn hgs wont ever suffer from that.

Hey Prime92, I have a tidbit of info you might like to know. For the front skirt, if you actually cut it in half with a exacto knife or whatever you may use, and then put the assembly back together, you can have independent front skirts.

Reason I know this is because I just tried it myself on my Freedom gundam.

but i want the exia r2 but idk if they have it

the only exia i saw was the 1/144 (idk wat grade but it only had those to Gn-sword I just pale)

so idk if i should get the freedom or that exia

exia, you get more for your money with exia rather than r2

You shouldn't use Gundam markers to paint large surfaces. They're mostly for detailing and such. I can see the strokes you used on the wings, haha.

Try spray paint and masking.

@Prime92 How because my White Gundam Seed Marker Doesn't Work Well. When i use it on a white piece it work nicely but when i use it on other colors it kind of blends with the naked piece

Yeah, chest & knees are a DEEP navy blues which I couldn't match with my Tamiya paints. So I made the knee swipes my navy blue and also used that color to do highlighting on torso.

This looks really, really good. Whatever it was before, this just rocks! I like the white on the feet, good choice.

This painting you did was really clean. Very nice, that's one of my goals.

It's not black on my MG Freedom either. I was rather surprised. The blue's not exactly blue either: has a tinge of purple to it. I bought black and blue paint though, without knowing this, so now it's just blue and black :P

Prime on the V-fins if you notice those weird plastic bumps, I suggest you want to shave them down, I did that with my model Dynames, I always wondered why they put excess plastic there? you don't have to do it though, To me it would look better with the shaven down v-fins. Also have you guys ever noticed that? Love your reviews Prime made me like the freedom again :D

i was somewhat suprised that on my HGUC 1/144 Palace Athene and Re-GZ, the horn and v-fin(respectively) did not have the excess on them.

If you have the cash, get the MG version. But if you are kinda short, the 1/100 version is a good alternative. You'll just need to detail it and decalize it a bit, and viola its almost incomparable to the MG version.
