A pauldron does not make you a Sandtrooper. It takes a Sniper knee plate armor installed, Different hand plate armors, a completely different Ab plate (without the chest buttons), an entirely different paint sceme on the helmet, a heat to toe very dirty uniform and then the pauldron :) Now you're a Sandy!

The easiest way to get the gloves is at a hardware store to my knowledge you just have to get something close in black that matches the body suit. Then sew the straps from the armor to the gloves. At least that what I think he did, I remeber him telling me something like that anyway.
