Awesome bird! I have two budgies, and I will leave their cage door open but they hardly come out. I have only had them for about 5 months now and so far only one will sit on my hands.

In time they will get used to me more and more, they will bounce up and down on their perches to music!

try rubbing there bird food in your hands before putting it in their food bowl. the scent will relate food to you. later, you can work on them not eating your hands. mine bounces to music also.

I can't believe they have the ceiling fan on. That's a death wish on the poor bird.

The bird is smart enough to avoid the fan. It has free reign around the house and knows to avoid the fans that are moving. otherwise it will land on the blades and wait for a dog to walk by and dive bomb it. Check out my other videos to see how well the dogs and birds play together.
