uhm, vowels!!! not unified at all, and the pitch was weird...didn't quite work.

That's some specified critisism there :-) The vowels, I agree on, but what's with the pitch? I really didn't check, but I didn't feel anything being out of pitch. Okay, the beginning of the song is slightly higher than the ending, but the descend happens gradeluly. At least, that's what I think ;-)

@THSChoir vowes can be worked out since different areas in the US have different accents...the pitch was not weird...the piece was modified to compensate for their number. it lacks power but all in all it was good. it's difficult to sing with just the four of you...in your choir i guess the average number would be around 16-20 so it would be easy to get the power and grace for the piece....not to mention that you can hide your own voice with the other people in your section and the whole choir.
