i had two kittens that were born that way...my kitty was a small cat and she had a litter of kittens before we could get her fixed and one died at the age of 5 wks old...he looked just like that kitten...and im happy to say the other one is alive and she is doing great...she was 10 wks old before she started acting like a 6 wk old kitten...now she is a yr old and she is doing great...we believe she may have a slight vision problem though but it isnt anything bad...

I love my cat, Ninge, and when its outside and hasn't come home for more than 1 day, we call for her, and when she still doesn't come, we get in the car with some wet food because she loves wet food, and we will drive around calling for her. i used to work with a good friend rescuing kittehs and sometimes you just cant save them because their little lives were so empty after birth. it is sad but you have to deal with it. we had many little foundlings just die after trying to save them. sometimes life is just to rough for their tiny bodies. it is realy sad but you have to try your best.... many tears....

I've tried to help newborns I find, screaming outside. A neighbor said she heard it a few days before I did, but she didn't do anything because she was tired of dealing with all the stray cats having babies. But really, her apathy was part of the problem. I'd never be able to ignore those cries. That mother cat may have been hit by a car, or traumatized over having kittens and having to fend alone in this cruel world. I hope things change... For cats, dogs, chickens, pigs, dairy/veal etc..

i am so very sorry for your loss. :( my dog literally ate my cat almost hole... its sad to say, but i slit my neck, hoping i would die. i had to get immediate health care to my neck. when i told the nurse the story, she hugged me and started to cry to. i was only 7, and was home schooled because i got beat to death every day at school. i here meowing outside... i walked over to the window, and saw my dogs going nuts... i was speechless... i ran outside, only to find bits of my cat...

this video reminded me of my old cat twilights second litter of one, she rejected it and i couldn't afford a vet so i left her kitten (ziggy is what i named him) on a neighbors porch with his teddy bear. My mom and i went back a few days later and where we had placed him, his teddy bear was still there. I am so very, very sorry. I too have had a kitten that was very sickly and I tried so hard to save his life but he passed away too. I feel your loss. It's so hard to lose pets. Probably the only downside of having them. Hope you have found another kitten that has filled your life with joy. You can't replace the ones you've lost but you can find another to ease the pain.
