The movie was so hokey. They ought to remake it in the style of the old shows..and use real cases.. of course.. change the names to protect the innocent. lol

That woman dosent look 50 years old. She looks about 70.

@Starlababy I thought so too. I've seen pictures of my grandmother from 1960 and she was only 56 and looked almost that old. I think women aged a lot more gracefully then. Most people look younger and age better these days.

@Starlababy You hit it square on the head. The actress who played Grandma, Gwen Delano, was a veteran of old time radio whose credits included "The Lone Ranger" and "The Jack Benny Show". On the date of this episode, in January 1953, she was 70 years old. It took a lot of digging, but I found her obituary (NY Times, 11/22/54) -- she was 72 when she died. Less than 2 years after this episode aired.
