We seem to have a lot in common. I could have made that video. My dad was Bi Polar and abused me psychically. It like I was the one who he needed to get all his anger out on. I haven't cut in over 4 years thanks to God and a wonderful church. I also quit my ED awhile ago too due too health effects from it. I'm glad you have come such a long way. I also subscribed because it's nice to see a christian perspective on these kind of issues.

sorry if this is bugging you in some way but i cope in the same ways do and lots of people try to help but they dont really understand i keep saying the words im stupid weriod and strange i i dont wanna let people in any more so i wont get hurt i do go to a church but im not quite sure how it helps people try to just get angery at me because of what im going thought sorry if this bugs you can get rid of it if u want

hey just going to church will not do. God sees you at church but he wants a personal relationship with us. He can heal us, take away our pain past pain physical pain anything. He is our creator, ask the pastor at your church. how to have a relationship with our God. he just wants you to simply pray, accept that we are a sinner give him our hurts and pains and sin and turn from our sinful nature and live for him, that's what he wants pray this to God, he will hear you i promise,

I really hope that the painful things you experienced in highschool/your childhood are slowly, surely being healed. I, too, think it's a good thing to get your story heard =] My problems are not my problems anymore, they are God's =] (And thank GOODNESS! Cuz I can't handle them on my own) The painful memories are healing, but one of the hardest parts about heaing is reliving those memories you try soOo hard to forget... with the help of God and my therapist, I am doing it!

I knew people could relate, because the one's who have been through trauma in their life learn how to cope with it by developing disorders, and doing things to ourselves that hurt us. I wanted to share this cuz I wanted to let people know that, yeah, I have a traumatic past, but I am doing something about it now. It's taken A LOT of work and a lotttt of therapy to be able to uncover the truth. I'm so glad it had an inpact. God bless you, Jer.
