"Crazy" people are very intresting and they have a story but they can't tell you. Cuz there insane and trapped in there own body, unable to really communicate with you. Almost like zombies really. It's amazing how the brain works. Sorry if I seem to be cold towards them, but I wonder how did they end up that way. What was so horrible to make them lose their rational thought process. Did they slowly become insane or is it like a switch that just goes off.
If you can be deemed legally insane by a doctor, you will be paid a large amount of money by the government every month. And they'll probably give you a free bus pass, because you'll be denied a driver's license.
