Really, those workers were idiots for having those dogs in close proximity, regardless of breed. They were in kennels their whole lives, clearly NOT socialized, and regardless of what their initial impressions were...the dogs need not be near one another prior to a TRUE temperament test by a PROFESSIONAL. Even still, the rot moved in rather sluggishly for that bite...that Rot should have never gotten a hold of that other dog. EPIC HUMAN FAIL!!! Dog trainer who specializes in aggression out!

As an owner of two Rottweilers and a German Shepherd, and someone who frequently babysits a Pitbull and a Chihuahua, I can say hands down the Chi is the most aggressive. My breeds of choice are naturally suspicious protectors, that does NOT mean aggressive. However, you take a dog who watches over its home and people, abuse it, don't socialize it, and encourage aggression, YES, you get a MEAN dog sometimes. Also just because she doesn't like other dogs doesn't mean she ISN'T sweet, with PEOPLE.

My dogs are not biters, chasers, and are bossed around by my three pound kitten. The Pit I babysit is the same way. The Chi has bitten me, more than once. Of course stupid thugs want to take an obedient, powerful dog to make into a monster vs. a goofy labrador. Also, I am female and I have complete control over my dogs. Gender has nothing to do with how well you can train or manage breeds. If you trained right in the first place, you never need more than your voice to control them.

Just because a couple of stupid people don't have the responsibility to do things properly doesnt mean we should end up a breed of dogs. I know lots of "dangerous" that i trust a lot more then a fucking chiuaua. All dogs can be equaly dedicated to people they just have to be educated properly since birth.

Man there are a small dogs like the one in the video in our neighborhood.

The owner are old people who didnt learn anything the dog so he barks all the time.There are many dogs in our neighborhood and they are all barking my sis says always after she gets wake up by them "Someday I am going to kill them".

Rotts have jaws of death much like a Croc does. once they bite they arnt letting go. the smaller dog had pieces of its face ripped off and lacerated. Eventually got infected and he to be put down. IT was a rescued dog so not that much of a Loss.
