The couple of times I've met Justin he didn't look anything like Bronson. But match the hair and from the side and back you could pull this off. I was told he even fooled some on the set at times. Great family.
if ne one has access to the credits to the end of this episode, check the names... i think, Bart is a whole different person, not Bronson Pinchot... if i remember correctly. I mite be wrong, though.
He doesn't have a twin, but his brother Justin was the body double here. Most of what you see is Bronson + split screen, but that's the back of Justin's head in a few shots. :)
But that *was* the back of Justin's head. Journeyloaded has a clip with Justin as a Bizarro World version of Balki. It's scary how much they look alike.
At 1:44 that could very well be the two of them both from the side.

Bronson mostly played Bart. His brother was the back of Balki's and Bart's heads.
