なるべく稽古の前に、剣道形を練習しています。また一人稽古の時­も、鏡の前で

練習しております。刃筋、しのぎの使い方を意識して稽古していま­す。

先生方のご指導のお陰で、三段合格できました。次は四段目指して­精進します。　この動画はいつも見取り稽古のように、参考にさせていただいてお­ります。

1.the swords in their hands are with blade

2.they have to thrust as fast as they can ,however,when the sword stops, it should be so close to the opponent's skin without hurting him

thats what makes kata so amazing
