This is Jell-O gelatin from the 1970's. That was when comedian-actor Bill Cosby began speaking for the pudding but not yet the gelatin.

The bar keeper is the english guy from The Jeffersons
I just noticed that. That's the recently departed Paul Benedict who was the Jeffersons' on-and-off next-door neighbor Harry Bentley. Benedict himself was an American. Bentley did not sound English,believe it or not.
