I drive a truck. We had a storm yrs ago here in Sacramento nowhere near this bad, but feeling the rig almost blow over is no fun indeed.

SLC didnt. there was a light breeze in salt lake city. It got bad from North Salt Lake-Woods Cross north to Ogden. Worst in Centerville/Kaysville/Farmington
