Just to point out... I only wanted to do this to make a dubstep song appeal to more bronies such as myself. Yeah it's just "Feed Me" with Fluttershy sound samples. But I wanted to make this to start off, and eventually I want to do more original things. Might as well put this out here to make myself known a little. I'm pissed off because I stared making music only this year and I know how hard it is and then someone randomy comes just puts some Fluttershy samples on top of a song found in UKFdubstep and now he is praised as much as other musicians in EqD. Don't get me wrong I like this song a lot, but I just give all of my praises to Feed Me, not DWood.

It discusses how a large number of hit songs use the exact same chord patterns as Pachelbel's Canon (Green Day's breakthrough song, Basketcase is the same song, just sped up and with a chorus added). The same goes for the 12 bar blues riff, the Ramones 3 chord hop, or the penatonic scale.

This song uses a 3 chord progression (D#, F#, G#). Super common in metal, and nothing new musical writing-wise.

@PinkieCakeMusic Ah, gotcha. While it may seem a bit lazy, judging from the rest of his channel, it looks like this is his first venture in re-mixing/dj'ing/whatever-you-­call-it. Plus he's only 17. You gotta start somewhere.

On the upside, the samples are well placed; he does seem to have a good sense of timing. And the volume of the samples to the music are normalized well. They aren't too loud or quiet (which Fluttershy naturally is). Hope he keeps at it and gets braver and more inventive.

This song is DIRECTLY copied from "Feed Me" with absolutely nothing new or creative about it except for a few samples from Fluttershy. Its not a remix or a homage or even an inspired piece based on the original its lazy. He doesn't even do anything interesting with the samples. They're just...there.

I really like the dubbing part of this song. but have one complaint/constructive criticism. Your build up is waaaay too long. the "actual" drop is at around 1:40 ish and i think that was too much. with that long of a build up i was expecting a cleaner more melody driven dub then was suprised (not in a bad way) to hear the dirty drop. i would say Faster build up for this style song to bring the listener into the music. maybe drop around 0:50 to 1:20 at the latest
