hmm I would think the borg made from 7 of 9's nano-probes, the EMH's mobile emittor and that one crewman's DNA would be the Ultimate borg, a borg from over 400 years beyond Voyager.
voyager is shit and every trek fan knows that, only non trek fans like it voyager and unfortunately it makes them think they are trek fan when in fact all they are fans of is dreck.
