@KINGbiggypac you realize the Scientific Name of an animal doesnt infer that they are 100% the same, there are things called Subspecies you know, and im pretty sure that Varanus is the Genus name but id have to look that up, if it is the Genus name it simply means they both belong to the same group of Lizards, doesnt mean their the same, it means their relatives of each other, also anyone with a brain could tell their at least related by their appearance

Definitely not the biggest, pretty big but not the biggest, my water monitor is at least as long but probably longer than this guys although not as fat as the second one, or maybe he is, anyway this are not record breakers, maybe for their individual species at some point but even that, I doubt. My water is close to 5 years old.

@michmex240sx Ha, yeah pretty crazy. He was this years first litter from a breeder in Florida. He was born 10" and I got him at 2 months when he was just about 17.5". He's kind of an ugly lizard lol, but hes gonna be a monster!
