@Snipertoaster Yes, and adding to that comment from smoke072, King Famardy was huge and had a special attack that would instantly kill you, where he would lash out with his symbiote and pull you into his gaping mouth, EATING your monster.

Thing is, this is the ONLY image of King Famardy on the Genesis version. The only other reference to him in the genesis version is in the instruction manual in Lavicus' description, sayign he's a relitive of him, and Clawhead, who is the same two creatures as King Famardy, but instead of being the "mostly green toothy monster" and a little of the "human-like" creature, it's mostly the human-like one and a little of the green thing.

@oneway12384 If you played the SNES version, you got to fight him as the final boss... His ultra move was an instant kill where he DID eat you.

Wow, the genesis version did something creative with that monster's image. And the game over theme is much different and darker than the neo geo version. And yes, this is a scary screen.
