California's Jane Harmon introduced this bill, shockingly the House "roll call" vote was 404 Yea, 6 Nay. It hasn't passed the Senate yet, so it's not law. Anyone think it can pass constitutional muster? I guess that question is laughable considering our Supreme Court, who recently upheld portions of the second ammendment on a 5-4 vote.
