  • A lot of your videos are very informative. I'm studying physiotherapy and your videos help as aditional studying at home. I've had jumpers knee some time ago as well after during alot of plyometrics training.

  • i believe i have this. The pain comes and goes though.

  • Ugh I have it...:/ it hurts so bad and I want it to go away!!

  • Informative vid, thanks

  • @casper123 thanks

  • Is there any danger in trying to tape the patella with normal sports tape? I'm an olympic weightlifter and believe I have this issue.

  • @whatsup149 thanks

  • very good video!

  • I have pain in the tibia insertion. It was very annoying, and painful, since I do martial arts. I could no longer hold a horse stance, and kick without it hurting. I couldn't even run without it hurting. After stopping physical activity involving my legs, using ice, elevation, and using a tendonitis strap, my leg was better. It still hurts after extensive use, but it was better. Now, I have tailbone pain from a fall. But I watched your video on coccyx pain. And it was very helpful. Thank you.

  • @nebraheim great

  • interesting video

  • @TCMAUMEE thanks

  • If the patellar tendon needed surgery to excise a portion of the tendon, would this weaken the knee in such a way that the patient couldn't do the sporting activities anymore? Thank you for all the informational videos on the patella.

  • @kaleidoscopekay a localised area excised will not weaken the tendon

  • This is what was happening to me about a year ago from running. Staying away from high impact activity seemed to do the trick. So far so good. It can be very painful. Good video.

  • @dawescb thanks
