@s14wannab Cut the foam out of the front of one of my helmets so that a small digital camera fits snugly in it. Use the cameras mic, but if wind noise is an issue you can put some tape over the mic
Hi Thanks for you`re blogs i was going to start off with a 600cc but you and a couple of other blogers suggested 250cc is way better. i do have 2 questions for you.
1)whats a powerband?
2) what do you recommend (since you have driven a kawi and a honda) kawi 250cc or honda 250cc.
im 6`2 weight about 160-180. what do you suggest i get or what would you think is better for me.?I have about to weeks riding a 2 wheeler its a honda 125 dirt bike 2 stroke i fell once already.
1. Powerband refers to where in the rev range the engine produces a lot of power. A bike with a wide powerband is generally easier to ride sine you don't have to keep it revved up all the time to go fast. That's part of the reason Ducati's are so popular- they have VERY WIDE powerbands
2. Kawasaki, been around for a long time so you can get used ones cheap and replacement/aftermarket parts are plentiful.
@DoomXexec311 They don't come with them, that's aftermarket :) I had the LED lights changed too so the instruments glow blue/orange instead of stock amber.
@Blasphemy4kidz Yup it's a 600RR. The seat is almost as comfortable as the 650R, but the riding position is much more aggressive. Rides over 3 hours cause me pretty bad upper back pain, while the 650R is somewhat comfortable for up to 5 hours. 2 hours on the CBR is uncomfortable
What is the video cam/mic setup that you used? Btw I'm really interested in a 600rr.

I agree with all your tips. I always coast, it's so easy by just shifting to neutral and lightly applying the brakes intermittently.
Is that a CBR600rr? How's the ride compared to a ninja 650r?
