The problem with that this video is that it not only shows Kabal unmasked, but it also shows him with 100% battle damage. His eyelid and part of his cheek are missing. In combat, it's possible to break off Kabal's mask, but keep his face intact (It's still burnt, mind you, but it's still better looking than this)
