Obviously she was talking about a targeted burn in the muscle. They are toning that particular muscle, not talking about burning fat. When you do a real good workout on a muscle group for an extended period of time it burns bc the muscle is being worked to its max potential and becoming fatigued. They didn't say anything about burning fat. Get your facts straight before you post something bc it could confuse another viewer and possibly deter them from using this very effective workout.

@skitza333 Brooke said she does it every other day. But I think she does it to maintain her shape, not to change her shape. So for the rest of us, I guess everyday...but I'm just guessing :)
