  • Just did both legs, I couldn't manage the whole work out as the burn was too much me at the moment. I guess this means it works and the moves are simple and effective and do burn. Hopefully this should help. I shall keep doing these everyday. Thanks!

  • Great workout video to trim your hips. You can also achieve the same result at a shorter time at 7minute.org. They have a workout program which only requires 7 minutes.

  • @sohailkwa do it every other day not every day like they said in the exercise clip. @thearbplayers your body is probably just getting use to it that's all try mixing up your routine and cooperating new exercises and amp up your workout routine don't do the same exercises all the time.

  • Ive been doing this for about a week now! i really can't tell a difference but I'm not gonna give up on it yet! I'm going to measure my hips and then give it another 2-3 weeks and see if I'm getting results

  • Well I have two kids and my hips are narrow anyway but if you take a break from doing it for a week it really burns the next time you do it. I have been doing this video with the butt video for a year though maybe thats why.

  • I have to do this for physical therapy since I'm a runner and have really week hips and my it helps a ton! my hips are slimmer and also much stronger so I don't get injuries as often any more

  • Obviously she was talking about a targeted burn in the muscle. They are toning that particular muscle, not talking about burning fat. When you do a real good workout on a muscle group for an extended period of time it burns bc the muscle is being worked to its max potential and becoming fatigued. They didn't say anything about burning fat. Get your facts straight before you post something bc it could confuse another viewer and possibly deter them from using this very effective workout.

    Warm up first or else it's going to hurt hurt hurt! But don't warm alot to much or else it's going to hurt just like doing the work out!
