The soundfiles for Uther and Jaina are accurate. For some reason tho, all Arthas voice files in WoW are different than the original voice recordings of Justin Gross, the man who played Arthas in WC3. I loved Justin Gross, I have no idea why he didn't return for this game.

Its because Dranei werent part of Warcraft lore at this time. So in keeping with the lore...all races not involved with the alliance at this time are given an illusion.

You are right, of course draenei werent in Azeroth yet, but also night elves were hidden and secluded at the time Arthas, instead of following Medivh´s advice and evacuate to the west, he decided to hunt down Mal´Ganis and continue to pursuit towards Stratholme, so what I meant is that night elves players should also get a "Human" or "High elf" or "Dwarf" illusion dont you think?
