The spider bench appears to be such a great isolator. I wish my gym had one. In 30 years of training I have seen only one bench like this. (Strong & Shapely Gym in E.Rutherford, NJ has one) You just don't see equipment like this in gyms anymore. Our loss. Keep posting videos Larry. I respect your advice! Thanks!
