How do you add words to the T9 dictionary for this phone? I've tried spelling the word out in ABC mode and then switching back to T9, but it doesn't work. This method used to work on my previous phone (2nd generation LG Chocolate), so I was wondering if anyone knows how to do it for the Samsung Sway?

I have this phonefor a few monthes already it just broke for some random reason. it showed "Initial Programming Needed" message. I took it to the shop and they couldn't fix it so i had to get a new one. verizon sucks

verizon sucks. this is what makes my hate verizon so much: the advertise that they have the best connection, yet I still don't get any signal in tunnels, at my school in certain places, at lake chabot WHILE my at&t does at all these places. there phones also suck, every phone has the same if not similar boring looking menus. You can do so much other stuff with other phones that is not verizon. another reason is that verizon users HAVE to use their phones.

My family never used any other company other than verizon but many of my friends use att and they have better connection and more features on their phones as well as better looking phones. But if you are a business person, verizon is better.

This phone was lame, not to menchin Slow to loading the Camera, Sending a Picture, and after 3 weeks, the screen would be screwed up upon restart. Had to wait 3 hours with the batter out of the phone, turn it back and push Camera just to get the screen to Fix ItSelf! NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!

My ringtone was sent via picture text and im using it as my ringtone. VERY NICE PHONE. music is pretty good on it also. make sure to use screen protector so you can re-sell your used phone after 2 years for probably 100-150$.

Alot of people return the phone because "One bar is taken off quickly on the battery" I admit, the first bar was gone pretty fast, im at my last bar right now and its been 20 hours since it hit one bar, and since then i played 3 hours of music. I still have one bar left so it is pretty good.
