My little sister had a seizure a couple of nights ago, She's 10, I walked in on her Having one, She stopped breathing, i couldn't stop cryinng It;s been like 2 weeks after her seizure and i still can't sleep,i stay up and watch her all night, and sleep through the day, i hate it

why does this happen'd? i'm so afraid for my nephews 3 month old son, he gets the same kind of seizures except he gets blue and cant breath and his whole lil body stretches like when an animal is dying no disrespect but that is the only way i can describe it i'm scared for them i thought we almost lost him.
