Maybe if every band played ok tunes, only 1 strathspey and turn around at the end we would get a great Hooraay!!!! Not impressed. If a aussie or North American band did it they would be slated!!

The band was makin a statement that i believe was very valid this yr wasnt bout winning it was bout sayin that things need to change. and the reason for the hooray was because of the cracking finish i do agree with the tune selection tho melody was better the previous year and they did get slated for it but you cant disagree that the drumming especially the tenor and bass arrangement was incredible

I would love to see, JUST ONCE, during massed bands..... the drum line stop marching forward, let the pipes hit the end of the field. Once the pipe section has counter-marched, the DRUM LINES ATTACK IN FULL CONTACT SMASHED BAND!!! TAKE OUT THE PIPERS... TAKE OUT THE PIPERS!!! TENORS CAN THROUGH THEIR STICKS LIKE A BOLA, SNARES CAN LAUNCH THEIR STICKS LIKE THROWING KNIVES, BASSES CAN USE THEIR MALLETS LIKE WAR-HAMMERS, AND THEN ALL THE DRUMS BOWL FOR PIPERS!!
