I was preaching in Nigeria some time ago and it was wonderful. i am so so happy for you. Yes, born in america but I am Ashanti, 100% from Ghana. I have missed so much being born in America.   • Although most African-Americans will deny this, but I believe that all African-Americans have a longing to connect with their African roots. Most of the slaves were taken from West Africa (Nigeria) and Ghana (Ivory Coast) and brought to this country. Therefore, our hearts long for the motherland. Period.
