Hi - I place the cut up Yucca in the food processor and add some Goya Adobo w/ pepper for seasoning. Then I shape the yucca to look like a small pancake.
Those look delicious. I typically make my yuca frita to look like french fries. Those resemble potato pancakes somewhat. They look great. 1 question....is that just mashed up yuca? or is there anything else used?

yes they look good chef, but did you remove the poison called "cianuro"??? they say many people die of eating yucca because of the poison in it
