If this is the same incident I read about, the officer was wrong. The driveway was clearly marked with one-way signs (driver could not "get out of here" without the patrol car moved) and others were blocked from leaving as well. The pickup driver, late for work, waited nearly 20 minutes. When he approached patrol car, he asked cop to call his boss and explain why he was late. Officer refused and argument ensued leading to what's seen towards end. Charges against driver were dropped.

The cop should have simply drawn his gun or tazer and commanded the guy to get on his stomach.
