It quite a time ago since I saw the movie, but Halle Berry plays a professor that works in a psychic clinic (my english sucks I know) but eventually she ends up as a patient. The girl with the wet hair is trying to give her signs. She is a rape victim and Halle is the one who has to help her. the girl is in fact a ghost. The cuttings on het arms 'Not alone' are written by her, although the other patients and doctors think she cut herself.

The film is about Hale Berry who plays a psychiatrist who works alongside her husband. Hale ends up a patient on the ward when the spirit of a young woman possesses Hale Berry (can't remember character name)while under possession Hale kills her husband (though you don't see until the end of film) and it turns out the dead blonde woman happens to be the rape victim of Hale's sex crazed husband and she wanted revenge. Once she has gained her revenge she leaves Hales body and she finds otha victim
