not a 140cc just a 110cc BULL SHIT!! the fucking piston on a 140 is 55mm od the 110 is like 52mm od rebuilt 6 pit bike top ends the pistons bigger the bore is bigger so it has more cubic cm it the chamber!!

obviosly watch u dont melt the plastics, blow air thru the jets, make sure NOTHING is blocked, let it dry natrally, put it bak together, pull cdi apart cheack for any trace of water, pull spark plug connector off the end of the lead by screwing it to the LEFT trim the lead till the wiring is exposed, screw the connector back in, GET A NEW SPARK PLUG< no wire brush tricks here the boiling or HOT water acctually works  VV CONTINUED VV

Theres probly a carbon monoxide sensor on the smoke alarm too. But yeah, that could be from a loose jet, but it is most likely from the terrible CDI that comes on the stock lifan 140's. If the bike didnt come with an IRK from the dealership like some lifans do now a days, then you need to get a different CDI to run with the IRK.

the reason the pitpro 140's valve bounce at lower rev's is because the CDI box they come standard with are cheap crappy box'es and arn't good with internal rotors, stick a better CDI box on it and you will gain an extra 2,500-4,000 RPM at high revs
