the reason some momies stop or dont even breastfeed is because it HURTS! A LOT! doctors, people, dont say this never, they only say it is good for your child, and it really is, that is true, but they never say how much it hurts!
Belive me, I saw with my own eyes my sister when she had a baby, CRYING because it hurted so bad when she breastfeeded her babygirl!

Yes ofcourse i'm happy I have a beautiful healthy child but I wish I wouldn't have suffered so much and still i'm suffereing with other health complications that pregnancy left behind on my body. Even though I workout it still doesn't help all the way:/ Plus you need a healthy mom to look after a healthy child!

i tried breastfeeding with all 3 of my babies, and none of them took it well...its not the mothers fault, nor the babies, its just the way it works sometimes! i bottle fed my babies and they all grew up healthy and smart!! so a mother knows whats best for her baby...no one else!

Otherwise, a woman would fracture her pelvis and ribbs! (by the way, it is rare, but during delivery there have been some cases of fractured pelvis). Post partum there are permanent changes in the woman's skeleton because of this - your lower ribbs are elevated a bit, so some women find they have to buy new sizes of shirts.

Nobody is a "bad mother" if they bottle feed. Mothers should be supported no matter which infant feeding method they choose. It's perfectly OK to formula feed, too, if the mother/parents so choose. Nobody should be made to feel guilty if they formula feed their baby. Unfortunately, some obstetricians and pediatricians are almost fanatical about breastfeeding.
