He answered our questions. he made us calm but not to calm.

Perfect! You know this sh*t. - bunch of idiots call themselves certified distressed property experts. They know nothing other than short sale works for everyone. I can't even get one of these bopsies to understand an option contract or why investors are better buyers than retail buyers who don't stick around during negotiations. Dude, I hear what you're saying about some renters. It's a gamble. That's why I have to buy my profits. Most agents don't get it.

i've sent your channel to friends and people i work with who are getting laid off. they're scared too. can i have them call you? wow, you faced foreclosure too? you must be able to put people at ease real fast once they know this. i talk with people embarrassed by their problems.

Indeed, my husband and I know of people who have given up and moved out. They can't get far enough away from thier house nightmare. I talked with many real estate agents who told me all kinds of things. I didn't know what to think. You LISTENED to me. All the other agents wouldn't stop talking. They pushed what was best for THEM. You helped us, even though you earned no commission.

I have friends who couldn't take it any longer. They moved out & left the keys under the door mat. They think they left their problem behind. They don't have assets, so they believe they're home free....
