Not all colleges are the same size, private collages often have fewer students and again I would suggest loctation also plays a part in the colleges size and enrolment.

obviously this was a public college. not many ppl go to private ones. I highly doubt they chose to make it a private one for a commercial. In public ones, teachers teach to thousands of students at a time. iSiNCal is right, they don't pay too much attention to each student individually. They don't keep track like in high school.
