  • Killed a dog?! That's not cool...

  • @TheAlien659

yeah, but killing a witness is so much cooler, than letting a dog run away.

  • Poor dog...oh he killed a man?, Oh right, yeah thats probably mroe important....but hey puppy!!

  • i lol'd

  • This scene isn't nearly as graphic or disturbing as it is in the book.

  • Is his knife ok?

  • is this movie a classic now or is just "cult"

  • He didn't kill the dog - the dog shows up again later and recognizes him.

  • @nklatt that'S in his head....

  • "AL, Im sorry, we have nothing in Common" LOL

This scene is only made hilarious by Christian Bales hilarious Psycho portrayal in this film, its sick yet funny as hell.

  • @ourobourous2000 "You know what a fucking Loser you are" LOL

  • @MCshlthead

    Your account name suits you.

  • @ourobourous2000 no i was quoting the film silly lol

  • How cum seeing stuff like bums or old people die make me sad?

  • @mryahooheadx Because you have a soul.

  • @stripped5 But I'm a ginger D:

    (not really)

  • "insider trading? just joking" hahaha

  • You reek of Shit!

  • Psycho Bum 4: Return of the Evil Mr. Jalepeno

  • Stop fighting like fucking losers over a god damn movie. This is how we should off every fucking homeless person. GET A GOD DAMN JOB AL.

  • In the book he actually doesnt kill either of them, he stabs the homeless man repeatedly and cuts out his eyes, but when he stabs his body he tries to make it so it doesnt go to deep, and he doesnt kill the dog he stomps on its legs and breaks them

  • A brutal scene showing just how emotionally detached Patrick is from the world and everyone around him. Poor Al and the dog.

  • he sounds like hes on a commercial whenever he kills somebody

  • Cleaning up the city, one murder at a time.

  • poor dog

  • "You know how bad you smell? You reek of shit!" LOLOLOL

  • Cooo-ooooold Blooded!

  • WEird thing is I think I kno that Patrick guy

  • That was NOT how it went down in the book.

  • @BennyBrownful But this isn't the book

  • @BennyBrownful The book is so much more graphic lol. The dialogue is pretty close to the book, but they didn't include the part where he slits the bum's eyeballs open and lets the goo drain out xD

  • @BennyBrownful- Yes it is. The dialogue is almost verbatim, the only difference is that Patrick stabs him in the eyes before the stomach. And he doesn't kill the dog in the book, just breaks its legs.

  • I do not know if that comforts, but the beggar is interpreted by the same actor who plays the one of the big villains in the serie OZ.

  • @SurfaceCollison you're fucking high

  • @Rixsterr815 Relax dude, just my opinion

  • @SurfaceCollison

so go watch the best scenes from the Fighter, you faggot.

  • dogs bark at people for no reason, I'm gonna lose it one of these days with one of those mutts, straight up

  • 10 people need to get a goddamn job.

  • @slickvicsagat I'm a banker. We lobbied congress a century ago to let us create money and lend it to your government. Your government has to create jobs and with that money to pay us back the interest on the money we made for free. Once your corporations or governments default we acquire the patent rights, land, etc. I love that you don't understand the point of this movie. We were a bit worried. Yes, go work. Progress society and give us your genius. Your entire generation is our homeless.

  • @mrgerbeck You're full of shit.

  • @Madfoot713 I guess you don't get satire. Google "money as debt", "the secret of oz", "the money masters", ... the patents own by corporations are in turn run in large part by banks. Research how a company even goes public--its through an investment banker. Venture capitalists too are part of a longer chain. In the end the genius of people are handed over for paper credits. This shit is the realest shit you've heard so rather than be stubborn go study up. Don't miss the point of the movie BTW.

  • @mrgerbeck Lol, being a conspiritard doesn't make you a master of satire.

  • @Madfoot713 How is money created? Go meme your "LOL" along with your frustrations on Facebook. A little bitch who complains and consumes and know jack shit. Money is created out of the interaction between banks. You think its a conspiracy theory? Youtube "Milton Friedman on the Banking System" some conspiracy theory I guess textbooks are a big conspiracy theory you big sack. Do you think insurance companies hold in reserve the money the insure? No, only a fraction. Same with banks. BTW I trade.

  • @Madfoot713 Here is a prediction for you, T-Bonds are at record levels with the 10 year just below 2% today. Its a bubble you twit if there were a conspiracy theory it would be that bonds can go below 0%. Money is going to fly out of that shit and you would know what to do with it. You dream of stupid ass shit like this movie and slap your dick at night thinking about some moll. I see you as pathetic and as much of a kiss ass in lfie as this fictional homeless character in this clip.

  • In the book he just kicks the dog, and stabs Al in both his eyes and pulls his pants down and stabs him above his dick.

  • @RMNCOfficial "he just" lawlz.

  • you are so kind mista you a kind ! you a kind man!

hahahahahaha this has to be one of my favorite bits of the movie, definitely a cult classic. BTW: fuck whoever minds the dog getting killed, goddamn liberal commies.

  • he had to kill the dog, he was a witness.

  • he had to kill the dog, he was a witness.

  • Fuck this show!!!! who in the holy fuck kills a DOG!!

  • Poor dog ;__;

  • "We need to provide food and shelter for the homeless." The next thing you know, is this!

  • omg its such a crazy movie.... its so depressing and sad!

  • 0:00

  • You dont kill a dog tho...

  • @dgeet916

    LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @dgeet916 I hope you know this is a movie....

  • @MeetTheBoss1908 whats a movie?

  • I live my life according to Patrick Bateman.

  • I love how he introduces himself so abruptly "Hello. Pat Bateman." I like to think the real Christian Bale matches this guy to some degree in coolness.

  • Dude, that dog just wanted some fucking kibbles man, he just wanted some fucking kibbles ='(

  • @overusedwords Then the dog should have gotten a fucking job!

  • @overusedwords He probably would have blown any money on bits, man.

  • wow

  • I fucking love this movie

  • LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOO AT THE DOGGGG HAHAHAHAHA GOOD FOR THE DOGGG HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA !!!!!!!!!!

  • @VictomousInc Are you trying to sound like a retard? Cause if so, mission accomplished sir.

  • @BerzergerR ....... HAHA ........ loser

  • @VictomousInc Yes you are.

  • bateman should be a city cop

  • that poor dog!

  • Oh Al, shouldn'ta done that

  • Should I feel bad about laughing at most of this scene?

    No, I should not

  • @quiena0 world would be a better place without you

  • @Guamparrapo83

Get a clue before you make these comments, because I do not condone killing people, animal violence, cruelty to the homeless, insulting to the underprivilaged and I most certainly do not approve of insider trading.

But what I DO approve of is things happening in a movie that is entirely fictional and quite humerous, and I bet you do too, yet you still say THAT? Do you honestly think the MOST part I was talking about was the homeless guy and his dog getting fucked? God.

  • @quiena0 If you say you shouldn´t feel bad about laughing at that scene, what do you expect me to interpret other than excatly what said, huh?

Nope, I didn´t laugh at that scene. We´re just different.

Nonetheless, if you really laughed at the context and what Bateman said to the homeless, next time you try to be clearer in your message, because you could make that same bad comment with friends or in a more serious context and you´ll be the one who will be made to look awful

  • @Guamparrapo83 I agree.

  • @quiena0 "Get a clue before you make these comments"? Do you have any bloody idea about how bloody stupid you are?

  • 7 people got fired for insider trading.

  • 7 people reek of shit.

  • Comment removed

  • @Srbin3Delija

    Rather 11 people ;)

  • @Srbin3Delija Including Serbs and Albanians.

  • Serial killers start with animals, what in the fuck is the problem with caring about the dog? If I feel sympathy for the dog then I definitely feel it for Al. But this movie is a satire, so it is meant to inspire a humor with purpose. Those fuckin dumb republicans who expect people to believe in trickle down economics are the targets. They don't want to employ those of lower income, they would prefer to antagonize them and stab them. They have duplicitious sense of being.

  • @youguessedwrong Yes, trickle down economics is the equivalent of killing dogs and stabbing homeless people. You are a fucking moron.

  • @Madfoot713 Considering the economic philosphy is considered a scam by many, yes, if it results in the notion of "job creators" who do little more than create mistrust that idea is purely rhetoric. The stocks for corporations have never been higher yet they are not risking life and limb to hire the unemployed. Beyond that, the products they are investing time and energy into creating, are often luxury based. Don't lecture me you partisan half-wit.

  • Poor Al. :(

  • U REEK OF SJIT!!! LOLOLOLOL FuCking EPIC this LINE!!!!!!

  • The dog reeked of shit

  • I lol'd :D

  • bale disturbs me to death. i feel sympathy for both deaths in this scene. people feel more sympathy for the dog because how often do you see a pet die in a movie not that much. people are use to the people dying.

  • well thats one way to get rid of the homeless problem

  • I was expecting to see Christian Bale's naked bum.

FALSE ADVERTISING IS ILLEGAL. SHAME ON YOU.

  • It seems like he might actually have helped Al if he didn't touch his nice suit...

  • embedding disabled, you fucking prick.

  • at the end it's so fake you can clearly tell he isn't being stabbed or whatever you can't even see what's going on.. ít's like he just gently punches him in the side like a girl

  • @Casarzino yes, clearly.

  • @Cektex You truly are an idiot... That's not true. Have you ever tried to get a job when you don't have a fixed address? Have you tried to get the dole when you don't have a fixed address? Hint: It's impossible. You have no idea about the subject which you make infallible claims about. Please, do everyone the honour of never posting again, because your opinion is worse than worthless, it's damaging.

  • I would just like to point out that in the book, (million times better, even though the film was really good) he doesn't kill the dog. He stomps on its front legs, which is what could have also happened in this scene.

  • you reek of shit

  • Kick that dogs ass.... or head XD

  • poor bum........that bum happens to be..........

  • @stage51manager BLACK

  • AWWW B*TCH!!! WTF IS HIS PROBLEM!!??

  • nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo not da doggay

  • i keep thinking he has a gun then the stabing.

  • Rule number 38: Never kill the pet!!! :'(

  • he had to kill the witness, that dog would have narced

  • both the bum and the dog are actors....as is christian bale....in a movie....

  • IT'S A FUCKING DOG GET OVER IT...

  • In the book Bateman doesn't kill many bums because he feels killing them is no sport, and that "nothing has been lost". He does however enjoy killing Paul Allen and shallow models, who he despised a lot more.

  • FAKK the animal! Kill dogs and cats for fun, and humans later

  • Do you know how bad you smell? You reek of shit!!

  • a human being just got killed and you faggets are crying about a dog.........da fuck

  • MY FAVORITE SCENE.

  • At least Huey Lewis an d the news got some fame again.....

  • Can't trust the white man....

  • You reek of shit!

  • Luckily he killed the dog too.

  • get it together grouch

  • Was this Batemans first murder?

  • Bale was a great actor as a child also in "Empire of the Sun"

  • HAHAHAHAHA fuck this movie is so fucking great - love the dark humour "insider trading?" haha just kidding

  • get a god damn job Al, you've got a negative attitude.

  • is it weird if i find this scene hilarious

  • it was meant to be funny and disturbing, thats what makes it grand.

  • Dude whatever i'm sure you may have evidence on your side just try and enjoy the scene and forget about politics

  • Fascinating. I almost give a fuck. Shut up and watch the clip.

  • I felt bad for the dog.

  • GET A GOD DAMN JOB AL. You got a negative attitude, that's what's stopping you! You gotta get your act together..I'll help you :}.

  • That´s what I would call a real "street cleaner". You gotta love this guy! Best fictional character in the last 20 years...

It´s so over the top you can´t contain the laughter... Take that you filthy dog! "__"

Might wanna check out Manic Street Preachers´s song about Patrick Bateman. There is a line in the tune that you people won´t forget...

  • This scene is not over the top. It's actually very realisitc. Sociopathic people kill homeless men all the time. They're the easiest targets since no one gives a flying fuck about them.

  • Haha... Don´t take it too serious man! Ellis´s tale is not a "true fact" novel. "Statics" do not count in the AS realm.

I would like to see all those homeless victims that you talk about. And we all know that the easiest targets are street whores! All pseudo serial-killers wannabe pop their cherry with a working girl first. Who´s gonna miss them? I´m about to steal some Family guy joke here, but it wouldn´t be funny. Whores have a soul after all, right? "___"

  • did he like stab him or like shoot him or like beat his head? too dark.... but he reminds me of jimi hendrix

  • You got a negative attitude! That's what's stopping you!

  • Great acting from a pretty memorable film.

What disturbs me more than Bale's character though is the comments here that show people have so much sympathy and sorrow for a friggin' dog (as sad and cruel as it is), and nothing but apathy at best, and joy at worst when a fellow human down on his luck is brutally murdered for no reason other than being homeless.

Are you people so disconnected from society, that you feel you have more in common with a pet than a human of a lower social status?

  • Unfortunately, yes. For the most part, society wants us to care about animal rights in order to forget about our fellow man. That's a big part of why things are the way they are now.

  • Animals are more innocent, they don't see things the way we do, they're more naive and trusting than humans, that's why it's worse when they are mistreated because they don't see it coming or understand why it's happening.

  • Amen

  • Sure, the dog might be more of a victim than a person, but I feel our society is going downhill real fast if people are more apt to show sympathy for pets than poor people.

  • @IneptTroopr animals are better than humans, they are innocent, we've evolved and gained so much intelligence that man has just begun to destroy itself and everyone around it. humans hurt intentionally for no good reason, out of fun, or simply because they cant deal with their own mind. all the shit in the world is down to man, not animals, why should i give a fuck about another human being i don't even know when they could be a psychopath? the doesnt even understand the concept of murder.

  • @madmattproductions *dog doesnt

  • @madmattproductions BULL...give animals the mental power that humans have and you will see what happens...

  • @BrazilianGirlDoll yeh but, they dont have the mental power we have lol... kind of missing the point

  • @CosmicUndeadElf exactly

  • the bigots despise blacks. I mean maybe their was another video posted about this and a comment read about it not being wrong to kill an ape and his dog!

  • @IneptTroopr They're probably americans. Those fucks even have birthdays for their dogs.

Worse yet, they'll slaughter cows and chickens by the millions, but somehow if the animal is "cute", it's wrong. Doesn't make sense to me.

  • well cuz you white people hate niggers duh

  • That's a really nice perspective.

  • @IneptTroopr I actually felt more for Al than the dog when i watched it for the first time.

  • @IneptTroopr It actually always disturbs me more to see an animal killed like a human, but this has nothing to do with being disconnected form society. An animal is of an natural innocence a human can never reach. An animal is complete trustful and not expecting violence, just like a newborn. Abusing an animal or a child is by far the most coward act a human can commit. That an animals life counts less than a human life is only based on the arrogance of humans. We´re not "higher" beings.

  • @T97Frida Without humanity (or some other form of sentience), abstract concepts such as innocence or arrogance would have no meaning and would not exist. I agree I take a human-centric point of view, but as a human, born with a human mind, in a human society, it's a ridiculous demand that I empathize with other species above my own. I think it is an amazingly beautiful achievement that we are able to sympathize and feel compassion for other lifeforms, but it can be taken too far.

  • @IneptTroopr I don´t empathize ABOVE my own, but definately changed my mind about that "Humans are the crown of the creation" thing within the last years I worked with animals. I know for many I may appear like a crazy hippie but I think I can live with that, it´s me. The abuse of children and animals upsets me deeply and the depths of human nature so often disgusted the heck out of me at work. Something I have never to expect from an animal. I try to respect every being on the same level since.

  • @IneptTroopr 'Tis not empathy these people carry for the dog, yet sympathy - a dog is an animal, a harmless creature to a much greater extent then the human creature...being human alone carries much weight with it - so when an animal gets hurt, we feel that it's wrong for a creature that has not done anything bad to die in such a way...whereas the man - he could be a psycho as well for all we know.

  • @XI0Corporations Yeah, well, ever wonder why the dog is homeless too? maybe it bit off the face of a child, ever think of that? justice is served!!

    ...except for the human....

  • @IneptTroopr It may just be the desensitizing of the masses in terms of human death around us. We see it on the news. We're used to it. The news doesn't cover "A dog brutally curbstomped to death" everyday. But they do cover "A woman brutally curbstomped to death".

  • @LehEscargot In the UK, that is wrong.

  • @omega123999 Well this movie is based in the Americas.

  • @TRASHCANbeauty the movie is, but lots of youtube viewers aren't, and weren't we complaining about their sympathy for the dog over the man? I don't know if not, I apologise.

  • @IneptTroopr Well, a lot of homeless guys aren't really like that. A lot do drugs and are disrespectful. Also, in my city, these people offered a homeless man a meal, but instead, he just wanted money for cigarettes. It's not about having more in common, it's about who you have more sympathy for. Dogs can't think like humans, so they are innocent. Plus, they are cute.

  • @ultravirgin I drove through Philly last month and stopped to get a cheesesteak. A black homeless dude approached me, and I gave him half my meal. He didn't ask for money or cigarettes, he just wanted a cheesesteak and was downright polite about it. Poor guy.

  • @IneptTroopr no, i WISH i had more in common with an animal. how many dogs do you know who would do what bateman did in this scene? a grand total of 0. to be quite honest i'm ashamed to call myself a human being, we might be the highest in the food chain, but who gives a shit, we're the worst living creatures on this planet.

  • @madmattproductions Yep, worms are way better than humans

  • @madmattproductions actually dogs will rip another animal to pieces if they can get away with it, especially when they are in packs.

  • @TheNightWriter101 for food, not just for the hell of it, animals dont think like we do, they act on instinct, they dont have the intellgence to think up the brutal shit humans do

  • @madmattproductions Cat's hunt and kill for pure entertainment. Chimpanzees hunt and kill other chimps for fun. Meer cats will bully and often kill members of their own family for minor indiscretions. I think you need to learn a bit more about animals.

  • @madmattproductions

your comment is 9 months old. have you realized how fucking stupid this comment is during that time?

  • @IneptTroopr I think its because the dog crys as its dying, but when the man dies its almost instant.
