  • i have a little tip for u mangaartist1995! instead of using up all ur time erasing ur sketch lines just make a new layer before doing the lineart and when ur done with that u can just delete the sketch layer and it will just be easier :D great tutorial!

  • well, I use comicstudio 4.0 ex (trail ver) for lineart and phoyoshop cs3(also trail ver) for colouring and alsothe in between pictures, and hypercam 2 for screen recording

  • Excuse me, that's not true. Even professionals use guidelines too. Even with talent, without any skill or learning, it's useless. Guide lines are there for artists to make sure that they don't make too many mistakes. You can say that the artists you see don't need guidelines, but that's because they have practiced a lot, and do not really need them. However at one point of time, almost every artist has used guide lines. If you don't even know that, then you are in no position to say anything.

  • That's pure rubbish. Everyone starts somewhere. Guide lines were invented for a reason. Look at the professionals, those that make money by doing manga and comics or drawing. They use guidelines. You're just trying to say those that can draw don't have natural talent? In fact, do you HAVE ANY FUCKING PROOF that people who need guidelines have no natural talent? People use guidelines to reduce the number of mistakes made. You have no rights to say people who need guidelines have no talent.
