and the nba game makers are not going to do that.

thats not why. its just that ea sports or 2k sports don't have the right to use him in any of their games. he's under a diffrent agreement with the nba players association and video game developers. he's got the final say whether or not he allows himself to be used in video games. it's all about licensing issues.
