  • This is awesome! I knew this knot but forgot it, and needed a quick brush up. most ppl who have "tutorials" tell you to just tie it and tuck it in lol... lolololol fools :)

  • i didnt have the needle so i used a ziptie instead and i works just as good

  • hey man cheers for these videos i recently recieved one of these pieces of art work and decided i would un ravel the handle but didnt know how to do it back up. only problem is im having trouble mashing the rice for the rice paste, it wont squish. lol

  • is there any problem if accidentaly the ura side knot is done in the omote side and the same with the other knot? i just bought a chinese katana and was rewrapping it and this happened and there's no way to fix it cause of the quality of the tsuka it can't be sanded or cutted

  • Great Job kevin....very pleased with this video....Its now my faved video and Im going to use this as a reference when I do Tsukamaki for my friend.....I have to order new ito, as I kinda tied it in a knot and then super glued it to the Plastic Tsuka. Just a el cheapo Iaito...I know it has a plastic tsuka and is bad but he can only afford that. Anyways....thanks again Kevin. Hope more comes!
